Job Opening:

Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Location: School campuses in Delhi/NCR
Mode of Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety norms

• Maintain and inspect existing buildings, address structural maintenance issues

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conduct rate analysis, and verify bills

• Ensure quality control of workmanship and building materials

• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in construction project management (preferably in educational institutions)

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in IT is mandatory
