1. Position: General Manager – Water Sector
Location: Head Office, Gurgaon, Haryana

Department: Water Infrastructure Projects
Required Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Water Supply & Sanitary Engineering, Environmental/Public Health Engineering, or Construction Management.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the water sector.
In-depth knowledge of water supply systems, treatment plants, distribution networks, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure projects including pipelines, treatment plants, and reservoirs.
Define project goals, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Provide technical leadership, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and implement quality assurance systems.
Address operational challenges with strategic engineering solutions.
2. Position: Business Development Professional – Water Sector
Location: Head Office, Gurgaon, Haryana

Department: Business Development
Required Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the water and sanitation sector.
Core Competencies:
Proven ability to identify, pursue, and manage business opportunities in water supply, wastewater treatment, and desalination.
Expertise in tender searching, bid preparation, and proposal writing.
Familiarity with procurement portals like eProcurement, UN, ADB, World Bank, and GCC.
Experience in partner engagement, consortium formation, and pre-bid coordination.
Strong communication, client handling, and strategic planning skills.

Qualification (Detailed):

Strong project leadership, safety and compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination skills.
For Business Development Professional – Water Sector:
Graduation or Postgraduation in Engineering or Business Administration with a specialization in marketing or infrastructure.
2 to 4 years of experience in water sector business development and tender coordination.
Familiarity with national and international procurement portals like eProcurement, UN, World Bank, ADB, GCC, etc.
Strong proposal writing, bidding, and partnership development skills.
