BCPL is inviting applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the following posts:

1. Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety)

   • Grade: E-6

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Fire or Fire & Safety with at least 55% marks. Preference for candidates with a 1-year diploma in Industrial Safety.

   • Experience: 20 years post-qualification experience. One year must be in the immediate lower pay scale in Govt./PSU.

2. Senior Engineer (Chemical)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Posts: 15 (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS included)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology with 60% marks.

   • Experience: 1 year post-qualification in a relevant role.

3. Senior Officer (Contract & Procurement)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks. Preference for candidates with 2-year MBA in Material Management.

   • Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification.

4. Senior Engineer (Electrical)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics with 60% marks.

   • Experience: 1 year in a similar role.

5. Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Posts: 02 (UR)

   • Qualification: CA/ICWA OR B.Com or Honours Graduate with MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Minimum 60% in all qualifying degrees.

   • Experience: At least 1 year in finance/accounting.

6. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Posts: 03 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related branches with 60% marks.

   • Experience: 1 year post-qualification experience.

7. Senior Engineer (Information Technology)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or B.Sc with MCA, with 60% marks.

   • Experience: 1 year in IT domain.

8. Senior Officer (Marketing)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks and 2-year MBA in Marketing.

   • Experience: 1 year relevant post-qualification.

9. Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

   • Grade: E-1

   • Total Post: 01 (UR)

   • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or similar streams with 60% marks.

   • Experience: 1 year post-qualification.

10. Officer (Laboratory)

• Grade: E-0

• Total Post: 01 (UR)

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 60% marks.

• Experience: 2 years supervisory experience in a petrochemical or refinery lab.

Age Limits:

• For E-1 and E-0 grade posts: Maximum 30 years

• For E-6 grade post: Maximum 50 years

• Age relaxations are applicable as per Government norms.

Important Dates:

Pay Scale:

• E-6 Grade: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000

• E-1 Grade: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000

• E-0 Grade: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
