Compensation Package:

Selected candidates will be placed in IDA Pay Scale ₹50,000-3%-₹1,60,000 with additional allowances including DA, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Location Based Allowance, Provident Fund contribution, NEEPCO Employees Superannuation Scheme benefits, medical facilities, performance related pay, gratuity, uniform, communication and furniture reimbursement as per company rules. The minimum monthly emoluments approximate ₹1,00,000/-.
