• Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Principal Law: Minimum 5 years of experience running a Law College independently with qualifications as per the norms of BCI & CCS University.

  • Faculty: Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational institute/university.

  • Director Placement: Experience in placing a minimum of 1000 students per year.

  • GM Finance (CA): Minimum 10 years of experience in finalizing institutional balance sheets and arranging funds for expansion.

  • Legal Advisor: Minimum 2 years of experience practicing in District Court/High Court.

  • Head Digital Marketing: Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SMO, ORM) and lead generation through multiple platforms.

  • Admission Counselor: Experience in admission counseling and student guidance.

  • Accountant: Experience in handling educational institution accounts and finance.

• Director Roles (Engineering/Management): Minimum 10 years of experience running MBA, PGDM, or BBA/BCA institutions independently. IIM experience preferred.
