The ICAR-Indian Institute of Farming Systems Research (IIFSR), located in Modipuram, Meerut (U.P.), is a premier institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).  Available Positions

The following posts are open for walk-in interviews:

1. Research Associate (RA)

• Projects: AINP-OF, AICRP-IFS, Pilot Project for Crop Diversification

• Eligibility: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in relevant Agricultural Science disciplines

• Key Responsibilities: Research, data analysis, field supervision, and reporting

2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

• Project: FLD on Quality Seeds

• Eligibility: Postgraduate degree in Agriculture or related fields with NET

• Responsibilities: Field trials, seed quality research, and documentation

3. Young Professional-II (YP-II)

• Departments: Finance, Accounts, AKMU, Audit, Natural Farming Mission, TTA Section, CSRM Section, IFS Division

• Eligibility: Master’s degree in relevant discipline or Graduate with experience

• Responsibilities: Technical and administrative support for ongoing projects

4. Young Professional-I (YP-I)

• Sections: IT, DDO, Farmer FIRST

• Eligibility: Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Agriculture or relevant fields

• Responsibilities: Data management, IT support, documentation

5. Project Assistant

• Project: Enrichment of FOM from CBG Plants & Development of Package of Practices

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant agriculture discipline

• Responsibilities: Field assistance, data collection, and research coordination
