Eligibility Criteria for BEL Project Engineer 2025

Candidates applying for the BEL Project Engineer post must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Discipline: Electronics
Number of Posts: 13
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, or Communication Engineering from a recognized university.

2. Discipline: Computer Science
Number of Posts: 4
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, or Information Technology from a recognized university.

3. Discipline: Electrical
Number of Posts: 4
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: 2 years as on 01.04.2025 in relevant industrial domain.

• Upper Age Limit: 32 years as on 01.04.2025. Relaxation in age will be provided to reserved category candidates as per Government rules.

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed their degree in Pass Class. CGPA to percentage conversion method must be mentioned in the application.

BEL Project Engineer Salary Structure (2025)

• 1st Year: ₹40,000/- per month

• 2nd Year: ₹45,000/- per month

• 3rd Year: ₹50,000/- per month

• 4th Year: ₹55,000/- per month

• Additional Benefits:

  • ₹12,000/- per year reimbursement (insurance, attire, footwear etc.)

  • Area allowance: 10% of basic

  • ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (₹25,000/- yearly upon completion)

 Required Work Experience

• Network infrastructure, Data centers, CCTV, IoT-based sensors

• Hardware-software integration and support

• Troubleshooting, client coordination

• Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts

Selection Process

• Written Test: 85% weightage

• Interview: 15% weightage

• Test Venue: Guwahati/Tezpur (Assam)

• Call Letters: Sent via Email
