Project-Based Positions Available:
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Project Title: Development of Process for Coconut Neera Preservation
Qualification: M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science and Technology / Chemical Engineering

Remuneration: ₹37,000 + HRA as applicable
Duration: 1 year
2. Young Professional (YP)
Project Title: Technology Development for Manufacturing Carbonated & Flavored Functional Drinks
Qualification: M.Tech or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food Science & Nutrition
Vacancy: 01
Remuneration: ₹35,000 (Consolidated)
Duration: 9 months
3. Young Professional (YP)
Project Title: Tender Coconut Bio-Waste – A Source for Extraction of Lignin/Cellulose
Qualification: B.Tech or M.Sc. in Food Process Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Biotechnology
Vacancy: 01
Remuneration:₹25,000 (Consolidated)
Duration: Till 28.03.2027

35 years for men, 40 years for women
Must bring original certificates, CV, passport-size photographs, and self-attested copies of all documents at the time of the interview.
A short written test will be conducted before the interview.
Positions are purely temporary and project-based.
No TA/DA will be provided.
Selected candidates must work 6 days a week.
