The Rashtrapati Ashiana, Dehradun—an official retreat of the Hon’ble President of India—is set to open to the public from June 2025. To enhance the visitor experience, applications are invited for the position of Scholar Guide on a service basis.

Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
First class graduate degree or above.
Flair for public speaking and storytelling.
Excellent communication skills.
Good grasping and learning skills.
Physically fit to stand and walk for extended durations.
Proficient in English and Hindi with effective conversational skills.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Garhwali, Kumaoni, or Jaunsari languages.
Prior experience in tourist sites, museums, heritage buildings, or similar events.
Diploma/certificate in tourism from the Government of India or State Government.
Knowledge of sign language is an added advantage.
Age Limit:
25 years and above
Salary / Honorarium:
₹1200/- per day (for services rendered on selected days between 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
