1.Manager (General Cadre)

Number of Posts: 03 (01 OBC, 01 SC, and 01 OC category)

Age Limit: Below 40 years as of the notification date

Age relaxation:

OBC/Muslim/E/B/T/LC/AI candidates: 3 years

SC/ST candidates: 5 years

Educational Qualifications (Any one of the following):

Graduate (Regular full-time) with CAIIB

or

BE/B.Tech with CAIIB/MBA (Regular full-time) from a recognized institution

or

LLB with CAIIB/MBA (Regular full-time) from a recognized institution

or

Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – ACA/FCA

or

Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) – ACMA/FCMA

or

Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) – ACS

Experience:

1. Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience

2. At least 02 years in Banks/FIs in an Officer cadre

3. Work experience is not mandatory for SC/ST candidates; however, they must acquire the requisite experience after selection

2. Deputy Manager (General Cadre)

Number of Posts: 05 (01 OC, 01 E/B/T, 01 LC/AI, 01 V, and 01 SC category)

Age Limit: Below 35 years as of the notification date

Age relaxation:

OBC/Muslim/E/B/T/LC/AI/V candidates: 3 years

SC/ST candidates: 5 years

Educational Qualifications (Any one of the following):

Graduate with JAIIB

or

BE/B.Tech with JAIIB

or

BE/B.Tech with MBA

or

LLB with JAIIB

or

LLB with MBA

or

Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – ACA/FCA

or

Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) – CMA

or
