1️⃣ Manager (Civil/PPS) – 01 Position
Job Type: Permanent (Regular Basis)
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA Pay Scale)
Approximate CTC: ₹18.13 LPA
Upper Age Limit: 35 years (as of April 20, 2025)
🔹 Educational Qualification:
✔ Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
🔹 Minimum Post-Qualification Experience:
✔ 5 years of experience in Railway, Metro, or Infrastructure Development projects.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in Project Planning and Scheduling (PPS) in Metro/Railway projects.
🔹 Required Experience:
✔ Experience in Project Planning and Scheduling using Primavera/MS Project.
✔ Candidates from Government/PSUs should have worked at least 2 years in the IDA pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 or equivalent.
✔ Candidates from private sector should have a minimum Annual CTC of ₹14.59 LPA in their last organization.
📌 Selection Process
1️⃣ Written Test
Exam Pattern:
✔ 125 Objective-Type Questions (Duration: 2.5 hours)
✔ No Negative Marking
✔ Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 45%

✔ General Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Civil Engineering topics including:
- Surveying and Levelling
- Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering
- Structural Analysis
- Concrete Technology
- Project Planning & Estimation
2️⃣ Document Verification & Interview
✔ Candidates shortlisted after the written test will undergo document verification and an interview.
✔ Interview Evaluation Criteria:
- Technical & Professional Proficiency (30%)
- Personality, Communication & Competency (10%)
