Eligibility Criteria
1️⃣ Associate Professor
✔ Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with first-class or equivalent in the preceding degrees.
✔ Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years as an Assistant Professor or equivalent.
✔ Expertise: Strong research publications, high-quality teaching experience, and a commitment to mentoring Ph.D. students.
2️⃣ Professor
✔ Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with first-class or equivalent in the preceding degrees.
✔ Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 4 years at the Associate Professor level or equivalent.
✔ Expertise: Independent research leadership, successful Ph.D. supervision, and strong industry collaborations.

Salary & Benefits
✔ Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300 (Academic Pay Level 13A2)
✔ Professor: ₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200 (Academic Pay Level 14A)
✔ Allowances: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, and other Central Government benefits.
✔ Professional Development Allowance: ₹3,00,000 per three years for research, conferences, and memberships.
✔ Additional Benefits: Faculty housing, medical facilities, child education allowance, pension scheme, and relocation support.
Selection Process
Step 1: Screening of applications based on academic credentials, research contributions, and experience.
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and research presentation before the selection committee.
Step 3: Final selection and appointment offer.
