The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) is an autonomous organization under the Department of Defence Research & Development (R&D), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. - Electronics & Communication Engineering (16 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech in ECE/Avionics + GATE score preferred
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (15 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation + GATE score preferred
- Mechanical Engineering (33 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production + GATE score preferred
- Metallurgy Engineering (2 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Materials Science + GATE score preferred
- Aeronautical Engineering (13 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace + GATE score preferred
✔ Desirable: M.Tech/Ph.D. in relevant fields with experience in design, testing, CAD/CAE, AI/ML, avionics, power electronics, propulsion systems, or materials science.

- Computer Science & Engineering (5 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, software engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (6 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech with 3+ years in radar systems, avionics, RF systems
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (4 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech with 3+ years in aircraft electrical systems
- Mechanical Engineering (12 Vacancies) – BE/B.Tech with 3+ years in structural analysis, aerodynamics, quality assurance
- Metallurgy Engineering (1 Vacancy) – BE/B.Tech with 3+ years in aircraft materials and special coatings

Salary & Benefits

✔ Annual Increment: 7% of gross salary
✔ Leave Benefits: 30 days annual leave, 10 days casual leave
✔ Medical Insurance: ₹15,000 per year (self-funded)
✔ Group Insurance & Travel Allowances as per government rules
