Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Certificate of Fitness Trainer from NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framework)

• Minimum 5 years experience as:

  • Gym Instructor

  • Personal Trainer

  • Weight Management Expert

Age Limit (As on 30 April 2026)

✔ Minimum Age: 21 Years

 Salary / Remuneration

• ₹45,000/- per month (Fixed Consolidated Salary)

✔ No additional allowances mentioned

 Contract Duration

• Initial Contract: 1 Year

• Extendable based on performance

• Maximum Duration: 5 Years

Selection Process

• Walk-in Interview only

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing daily gym operations

• Ensuring proper use of gym equipment

• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards

• Providing custom workout plans

• Handling member feedback and complaints

• Supervising trainers and staff

• Managing gym opening/closing

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Providing First Aid and CPR if required

• Medical Fitness Certificate (Govt. Doctor)
