Educational Qualification 

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (for most civil roles)

• PG Degree in Geotechnical / Structural / Marine Engineering (for specialized roles)

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (for MEP & ventilation roles)

• Degree must be from a recognized university/institute

Experience Required 

• Construction Manager (Tunnel TBM):

  • 20 years experience

  • 15 years in TBM tunneling

  • Must have worked in at least 2 countries

• Construction Manager (Geotechnical):

  • 20 years experience

  • 15 years in geotechnical & marine works

• Construction Manager (MEP & Ventilation):

  • 20 years experience

  • 15 years in tunnel ventilation & MEP works

  • International experience preferred

• Chief Interface Coordinator:

  • 20 years experience

  • 10 years in interface coordination & tunnel management

  • Experience in multiple countries preferred

• Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Control Manager:

  • 15 years experience

  • 10 years in QA/QC for civil works

  • Experience in TBM tunnels, NATM & cut-and-cover structures

• Chief Safety Manager:

  • 15 years experience

  • 10 years in underground construction safety

  • Experience in TBM/NATM projects

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong project execution skills

• Experience in tunnel construction (TBM/NATM)

• Knowledge of quality and safety standards

• Strong team leadership and coordination skills

• Experience in international projects preferred
