The recruitment is being conducted for the position of Assistant Manager (Boiler Operation Engineer) in E-1 Grade.

• Total Number of Vacancies: 15 Posts

• Job Location: Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand

• Employment Type: Regular / Permanent

• Grade: E-1

Pay Scale & Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed in E-1 Grade with a pay scale of:

• ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 per month

• Along with DA, HRA, medical benefits, PF, gratuity, and other allowances as per company rules

Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfill the following essential qualifications:

• Full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Power Plant, Production, or Instrumentation Engineering from a Government-recognized University or Institution

• Minimum marks required:

  • 65% for General / OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates

  • 55% for SC / ST candidates

• Mandatory Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) Certificate issued by a Central or State Boiler Board

Age Limit (as on 05 March 2026)

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years

• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government norms for reserved categories
