Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Grade ‘B’ and Grade ‘A’ officer posts in multiple disciplines.

A total of 21 vacancies have been notified across all categories.

Reservation & Category Details

Vacancies are distributed among GEN/UR, EWS, OBC (NCL), SC, ST, with horizontal reservation for PwBD as per Government of India rules.
PwBD reservation is applicable only for Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) Grade ‘A’, though eligible PwBD candidates may apply for other posts without reservation benefits (except age relaxation where applicable).

Nationality Criteria

A candidate must be:

• A citizen of India, or

• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or

• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962, or

• A person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries

Candidates other than Indian citizens must possess a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age, Qualification & Experience – Post-wise Overview

1. Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’

• Age: 21 to 32 years (Relaxation: +3 years for LL.M., +5 years for Ph.D. in Law)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (minimum 50% marks; 45% for SC/ST/PwBD)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as Advocate/Law Officer/Law Faculty

• Selection: Online & Offline Exams + Interview

• Job Role: Legal advisory, drafting legislation, litigation handling, court appearances

2. Manager (Technical – Civil) in Grade ‘B’

• Age: 21 to 35 years

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum 60% marks; 55% for SC/ST)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction/project management

• Selection: Objective + Descriptive Exams + Interview

• Job Role: Construction, maintenance, tender evaluation, project supervision

3. Manager (Technical – Electrical) in Grade ‘B’

• Age: 21 to 35 years

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical systems, HVAC, lifts, power systems

• Selection: Objective + Descriptive Exams + Interview

• Job Role: Electrical systems planning, maintenance, security & automation systems

4. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’

• Age: 21 to 30 years (32 years for Ph.D. holders)

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English/Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with translation diploma as prescribed

• Selection: Online Exam + Descriptive Test + Interview

• Job Role: Translation work, Hindi implementation, Hindi teaching scheme

• PwBD Reservation: Applicable

5. Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’

• Age: 25 to 40 years (No relaxation)

• Eligibility: Ex-Servicemen with minimum 10 years of commissioned service

• Selection: Online Exam + Interview

• Job Role: Security management, protocol duties, fire safety, disaster management

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹100 + GST (Intimation Charges only)

• GEN/OBC/EWS: ₹600 + GST

• RBI Staff Candidates: Nil

Salary & Benefits

Grade ‘A’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹62,500 per month

• Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1.26 lakh per month (excluding HRA)

Grade ‘B’ Officers

• Basic Pay: ₹78,450 per month

• Approx. Gross Salary: ₹1.53 lakh per month (excluding HRA)
