Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), Dudhola (Palwal), Haryana, has invited offline applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil) on a contractual basis. This recruitment is for a period of six months, extendable as per university and government norms.

SVSU is India’s first Government Skill University, established under the Government of Haryana Act 25, 2016, and is known for skill-based education and industry-oriented learning.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following qualifications along with the required experience:

• Option 1:
  B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or allied branch from an AICTE-approved institution (Regular Mode) with minimum 60% marks and 02 years’ experience in civil works in Government, Public Sector, or Private organizations.

• Option 2:
  B.Voc degree with minimum 55% marks in Civil or allied branch along with a Skill Certificate in at least one NSQF Level-4 or above Qualification Pack from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution, and 03 years’ experience in civil works.

• Option 3:
  Three-year Diploma (Regular Mode) in Civil Engineering or allied branch with minimum 60% marks and 05 years’ experience in civil works in Government/Public/Private organizations.

• Language Requirement:
  Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric level or higher is mandatory.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

• Appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regularization or extension.

• Separate offline application forms must be submitted for each post.

• Eligibility shall be determined as on the last date of application submission.

• Qualifications must be obtained from recognized Boards/Universities/Institutions only.

• Degrees obtained through Open/Distance mode must be recognized by the Distance Education Council (IGNOU) for the relevant period.

• Experience will be counted only after acquiring the essential qualification.

• Experience certificates must clearly mention period of service, designation, pay details, and must be supported by salary proof (PF, Form-16, bank statement, etc.).

• Incomplete applications, late submissions, or applications without fee will be rejected outright.

• The university may conduct a written test or skill test if required.

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending any test or interview.

• Merely appearing in the interview does not guarantee selection.

• Contractual employees will not receive allowances, gratuity, or benefits applicable to regular employees.

• Any incorrect information or concealment of facts will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
