✅ Eligibility Criteria

• PhD (Full-time):

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

  • For candidates from IITs/CFTIs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above, the requirement may be relaxed.

• M.S. (Research):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Part-time PhD:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a relevant field.

💰 Financial Assistance

• PhD (Full-time):

  • ₹37,000 per month for the first two years.

  • ₹42,000 per month for the subsequent years.

• M.S. (Research):

  • ₹12,400 per month for four semesters.

• Additional support includes travel grants (up to ₹2 lakh) for international conference participation and eligibility for fellowships like PMRF, DST-INSPIRE, and industry-sponsored programs.
