1. Principal

• Department: Administration

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

  • Ph.D. in Education or related discipline.

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, with at least 8 years in a senior administrative/academic position.

  • As per UGC/NCTE/State Government norms.

2. Head of Department (HOD)

• Department: Educational Studies / Arts / Sciences

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks in the concerned subject.

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching or research experience.

  • Must meet NCTE norms for ITEP programs.

3. Assistant Professor

• Departments:
  Educational Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Political Science, History, Geography, Economics, English Literature, Hindi Literature, Health & Physical Education, Arts Education (Performing/Visual Arts), Career Guidance & Counselling

• Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

  • NET/SET/SLET qualification or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2018.

  • Candidates with teaching experience in ITEP or B.Ed. programs will be preferred.

4. Assistant Librarian

• Qualification:

  • B.Lib. / M.Lib. from a recognized university.

  • Good knowledge of library automation and computer applications.

  • Prior experience in a college or educational institution preferred.

5. Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Qualification:

  • Graduate with Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications.

  • Excellent typing speed and proficiency in MS Office & database management.

6. Computer Lab Assistant

• Qualification:

  • Diploma or BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.

  • Experience in managing computer labs, troubleshooting, and technical support preferred.

7. Multitasking Staff (MTS)

• Qualification:

  • 10th / 12th Pass from recognized board.

  • Ability to perform office and maintenance tasks efficiently.

8. Driver / Watchman / Peon

• Qualification:

  • 10th Pass or equivalent.

  • For Driver – Valid driving license with relevant experience.

  • For Watchman/Peon – Basic literacy and discipline required.

Experience & Salary:

As per UGC / NCTE / State Government norms and commensurate with qualification and experience.
