Educational Qualifications (Minimum 65% Marks Required)

• Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

• Civil: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

• Information Technology:

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT OR

  • M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT OR

  • MCA

  • Desirable: Valid certifications in DBMS, Programming, Networking, ERP

Age Limit

• Upper Age: 27 years as on 20 August 2025

• Relaxations: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST

Stipend & Salary Structure

• Training Stipend: ₹50,000/month (1 year)

• Post-training Position: Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade)

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹140,000

• Monthly Emoluments (Approx.): ₹77,200

• Annual CTC (Approx.): ₹11 Lakhs

Phase I: Objective Online Test (60 Marks)

• General Awareness: 5

• Numerical Ability: 5

• Subject Knowledge: 40

Phase II: (40 Marks)

• Group Discussion: 10

• Writing Skills: 10

• Personal Interview: 20

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• UR: 50%, OBC: 45%, SC/ST/PwBD: 40% (as per post reservation)
