• Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification experience in design, construction, repairs, maintenance, or operations of naval ships in reputed shipyards or government/PSU organizations. At least 3 years in the immediate lower grade for PSU/government candidates. Private sector candidates should have a minimum CTC of ₹14 LPA.

• Project Superintendent (Technical):

  • Posts: 02 (UR), Age: 57 yrs

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics), 60% marks.

  • Experience: Min 18 years in ship/submarine operations, construction, or design. Must have 10 years in related areas.

  • CTC: ₹2 Lakh/month

• Dy. Project Officer (Technical):

  • Posts: 14 (UR-6, OBC-3, EWS-4, ST-1), Age: 45 yrs

  • Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Mech/Elec/ECE etc.) with 60% marks (55% for ST).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ship/submarine trials, repairs, or refits; preferred Indian Navy ex-servicemen.

• Dy. Project Officer (Submarine):

  • Qualification: Same as above + Submarine Training (Dolphin Certificate).
