Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Personnel Management/Related field from a recognized university or institute.
Experience should be post-qualification and relevant to the role.
Applicants from Government/Quasi-Government/PSUs must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
All qualifications must be from UGC-approved institutions.
