Qualification (Faculty):
As per UGC/AICTE and other statutory body norms:

• Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience. Proven academic leadership and publications in refereed journals.

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience. Publications in reputed journals required.

• Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent) and NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines. For engineering, M.Tech/M.E. in relevant branch is required.

• Foreign language trainers must hold certifications or degrees in relevant language(s).

• Retired defence personnel may apply for Security Officer/Warden roles.
