Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience. Desirable knowledge of MS Office, Tally, IT tools.

2. Post Name: Young Professional-II (Administration)

No. of Posts: 06

Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline with 55% marks and 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience. Desirable knowledge of administration, e-office, HR, and MS tools.

3. Post Name: Young Professional-II (IT – Data Analyst)

No. of Posts: 01

Qualification: Postgraduate with minimum 55% in Computer Science/IT/AI/Software Engineering. 1-year experience in data analysis and proficiency in Excel/MIS.

Age Limit (as on 30.06.2025):

• Young Professional-I: Not more than 35 years

• Young Professional-II: Not more than 40 years

Remuneration:

• Young Professional-I: ₹30,000/- per month (consolidated)

• Young Professional-II: ₹42,000/- per month (consolidated)

Note: No House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Young Professional-I (Admn.)

• Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in relevant field.

• Desirable: MS Office, Tally, IT tools, virtual platforms, etc.

Young Professional-II (Admn.)

• Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in administration.

• Desirable: Knowledge of HR, e-office, pay/pension matters, etc.

Young Professional-II (IT – Data Analyst)

• Postgraduate with minimum 55% marks in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, etc.

• At least 1-year relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Access, MIS, and data handling.

Tenure of Engagement:

• Initial engagement is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and organizational requirement.

• Engagement is on contractual basis only – no claim for permanent employment in ICMR.
