Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal (IIIT Bhopal) is an Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 38,500/- consolidated per month (based on interview performance)

Upper Age Limit: 35 years (as on date of walk-in interview)

Qualification & Experience:

• Essential Qualification:
  First Class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline.

• Desirable Skills & Experience:
  Experience in Central/State Government, Universities, Research Institutions, PSUs, Autonomous or Statutory bodies in one or more of the following areas:

  1. General Administration & Establishment (Recruitment, leave management, contract management, facilities management, security, transport)

  2. Stores & Purchase procedures as per GFR-2017

  3. Academic & Student Welfare (Admissions, course curriculum management, exams, scholarship handling, government portals)

  4. Hindi Translation/Typing/Stenography (added advantage)

  5. Proficiency in software tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems

Reporting Time: 8:30 AM at IIIT Bhopal Conference Hall (Room No. TC – 208), First Floor, New Teaching Block, MANIT Campus, Bhopal – 462003 (M.P.)

Note: No candidates will be entertained after 10:00 AM.

Important Instructions:

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.

• Applications only in prescribed format with self-attested photocopies of relevant documents to be brought on the interview day. Originals for verification.

• Candidates must ensure eligibility criteria are met (age, qualifications, experience).

• Reservation as per Government of India norms.

• Valid certificates for OBC (NCL) and SC categories mandatory.

• No TA/DA for attending the interview.

• Contract tenure initially 11 months; extension up to 3 years possible based on performance.

• Leave entitlement: 1 day/month; unavailed leave carried forward; no encashment.
