Age Limit:

• Direct Recruitment: Not exceeding 35 years. (Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per government rules.)

• Deputation: Not exceeding 56 years.

• Contract: As per university norms.

Eligibility Criteria

For Direct Recruitment:

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a recognized university with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  OR

• Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 8 years of experience in graphic design or related areas.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other latest graphic design software.

For Deputation:

• Holding an equivalent (analogous) post on regular basis
  OR

• Minimum 3 years of regular service in Pay Level-07
  OR

• Minimum 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-06
  in a recognized university, government department, autonomous body, PSU, or educational institution.

• The initial deputation period will be two years, extendable based on mutual agreement.

For Contractual Appointment:

• Same qualifications and experience as direct recruitment.

• Retired officers from government or autonomous organizations at equivalent Pay Level-08 or above can also apply.

Job Responsibilities

The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for visually representing the university’s brand across various platforms. Responsibilities include:

1. Creating high-quality visual content for digital and print media.

2. Designing logos, branding materials, advertisements, and social media content.

3. Developing layouts for websites, email campaigns, and brochures.

4. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

5. Creating infographics, UI/UX mockups, and data visualizations.

6. Using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.

7. Managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines.

8. Keeping up with the latest design trends and best practices.

9. Ensuring all visuals meet technical specifications for print and digital formats.

10. Supporting any additional tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.
